A highlighter could NOT be missing from my collection. I must have been one in a past life: I adore them, and anyone who knows me will tell you I've always been "the glow girl".
This highlighter is totally addictive and buildable, with a glow that seems to come from your own skin.
It suits all skin tones, especially light/medium to deep.
*My tip: if your skin is very fair, apply it with a fan brush so you add only light, not color.
You can also use it as a "topper" over your blush. Your cheekbones will hypnotize everyone!
